Audit request submissions

- Your business type
- Your name
- Your email address
This information is used only to run the audit and deliver the report. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for any other purpose.
Website usage
Standard web server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is not used to identify individual visitors and is retained only for security and technical troubleshooting purposes.
Cookies
This site uses a minimal cookie for analytics (if enabled) and a functional cookie to store your cookie consent preference. See the Cookie Policy for details.
How data is used
- To run the technical audit on the submitted website
- To deliver the audit report to the submitted email address
- To follow up once if no response is received
The submitted email address is not added to any mailing list. No marketing emails are sent without explicit opt-in.
Data storage and retention
Audit request data is held in VERIS operational systems. If you request deletion of your data, it will be removed within 14 days. To request deletion: wisdom@veris.agency with subject "Data deletion request."
Third-party services
VERIS uses the following third-party services in its operations:
- Google Workspace (email delivery)
- Wise / Payoneer (payment processing for clients)
These services have their own privacy policies. VERIS does not share visitor data with any third party that is not directly necessary for delivering the service.
